Future of Music Policy Summit
Tuesday September 11, 2007
What is your most pressing music industry concern? Internet radio? Digital rights management? Net neutrality? All of these issues and more will be discussed this weekend at the Future of Music Coalition's Policy Summit in Washington, DC. With keynote addresses from Senator Ron Wyden and Senator Byron Dorgan, this seventh annual Policy Summit looks set to be an important meeting ground for debates on all of the current issues facing the music industry - especially the independent music industry. Registration is still available for this event - for more information about the schedule and the agenda of the forum, visit the Future of Music website. If you can't make it, don't fret - in the coming weeks, we'll have an interview with the Future of Music Coalition's own Kristin Thomson about the Policy Summit, as well as other pressing issues for the music industry.
