How to Pay for Your Music Career

Pay for your music career? But aren't jobs supposed to pay you? That's a fair enough question, and indeed, jobs in the music industry do often come with a paycheck (albeit a small one in many cases!). However, consider for a second what happens if you're trying to start your own music related business. Whether you're a musician or starting a label, getting into management or promotion or any other kind of music industry career, when you're doing your own thing - as many people in the industry do - you're going to need some cash to get the whole thing off the ground.
