It's that time of year again - SXSW is right around the corner. The festivities (or, the music festivities, at least) will take place in Austin, TX, on March 12 to 17. Music biz trade shows are never cheap, so to get the most bang for your buck, you've got to show up ready to rock (so to speak). This is especially true if you're heading to TX for the first time, since this once super-indie-kid festival is now big league in a big way.
