The Past/The Future:
Without a doubt, the biggest success of 2008 was the launch of Citation Records.
Citation Records was founded with the mission to be the most artist-friendly independent record label, built on fairness, simplicity, and good music. We truly believe that we can bring much-needed change to an industry that, for the most part, has earned its bad reputation.
With multiple artists in development and releases scheduled for January 2009, we look forward to continued growth and success in the new year.
About You:
My official title is "A&R / Artist Development" for Citation Records, but I wear many hats. I live and work just outside of Los Angels and I'm always scouting new music for the label. In my spare time (yeah, right) I am also a musician and a songwriter.
