Andrew McMahon, Ben Folds, Jason Mraz, and Sondre Lerche are some of the musicians that inspire and influence me the most in my composition. But, my music tends to feel more like an indie/alternative Regina Spektor without the Russian accent, but a couple ukulele riffs sprinkled in instead.

How Do You Promote Your Music?
So far, I've been utilizing social networking and playing live to promote myself. But, I hope to be adding some press coverage to it soon.
Do You Release Your Own Music? Do You Want a Deal?
I recently self-released my first album this summer on July 17, 2010 called, "The Music In My Brain". I wrote and recorded all of the tracks and designed the album artwork by myself. As of right now, the next project I am working on is a music video for the song, "What I Want To Be" off of that album. I will hopefully have it done by the end of the summer.
And yes, I would be interested in a deal.
Tips and Tricks
- I'm still new at this so I'm still learning. I guess, I've been making albums as I go so I don't get left with a tremendous amount of extras which is nice on the costs.
