What Do You Cover on Your Blog?
I provide music marketing advice, tips and services to bands interested in DIY. My focus in on finding and keeping fans, and generating revenue from your fans. How to use social media to engage with your fan base and grow your fan base. I also co-host a weekly podcast called The Music Biz Weekly that discusses a wide range of industry and business topics. In addition to special guests such as Ian Rogers CEO of Topspin and J Side CEO of RootMusic.
How Did You Start Your Blog
I started by just sharing my 20 + years of knowledge and experience of working with artists such as KISS, Madonna, Britney Spears and many more. I promote heavily through Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and StumbleUpon.
