Do You Do Reviews?
Occasionally. WAMM reviews tend to evaluate the effectiveness of an unorthodox strategy as opposed to an album's music. For example, we recently reviewed The National's stream of their new album, High Violet, on The New York Times website.

What Do You Cover on Your Blog?
We All Make Music is dedicated to helping musicians thrive in a post-label world. As such, we try to cover changes in the music business and their effects on both musicians and consumers, as well as anything that can help musicians pursue their passions in new, exciting, and (hopefully) profitable ways.
We offer profiles and reviews of web-based tools for musicians, interviews with bands about mistakes they've made and what they've learned form them, audio production tips, video tutorials, and much more.
How Did You Start Your Blog
WAMM grew out of the ashes of Zoom In Online's Music Channel, a site that examined the art and craft of music-making. In addition to producing the first official Logic Pro community microsite for Apple and acting as an official new media provider for ASCAP, the Music Channel was home to Rehearsal Space, a web video series that featured interviews with everybody from Erykah Badu to Andrew W.K., and that garnered millions of views on YouTube.
The Zoom In Online network, which attracted close to 1.4 impressions per month, provided insights for creative professionals across the full spectrum of production - photography, film-making, music, and design.
Advice
- If you are an artist, manager, or music business professional that is trying something unusual or unconventional, we want to hear about it. Whether you've sold 50 million records or 5, we are most interested in people who are thinking outside the music industry's boxes.
