What Tips Can You Offer Aspiring Managers?
Start right away, don't wait to meet the bands , go out and find them.
Transparency is key when working with bands.Believe in the art you represent.Dont take no for an answer. The talent must be committed one hundred percent in order for a manager to do his / her job.
Bands are a dime a dozen, good managers are not, so of you think you have what it takes, go for it. This is not a job for the frail and weak, you must have thick skin and be willing to get dirty.
Advice

- don't give up.
- remember that there are a million bands that need good managers.

- there is a difference between some who needs a manager and someone who just needs management.
