How Do You Promote Your Work?
I have only sent out several Cds to radio stations that has been aired.And four indie labels that has sent me two contracts that i have not signed.I did play N.YC four five plus years under the name gridlock.At that time we were seen by several record companies and did not receive a recording contract.After making another Cd new members and band name Chain 7 never promoted
the work.I was told by majority of people that i should try to at least sell the music. Because it is very marketable.
Advice
- It is a very difficult business if you don't have the contacts.If i did most likely would have a recording contract or would be able to sell the music to an accomplished artist.Thats just the way it is.
- The people that keep on going in some cases make it .
