What Genre Music Do You Write?
I like to write in many different styles. I've written Rap, R&B, Top 40 style, middle of the road, blues and have written even for commercials for local business. I am a musician and also teach music(guitar, bass guitar)so I have a good understanding of the writing area. I almost had a record deal with former R&B artist Major Harris('Love Won't Let Me Wait') I would very much like to hear someone who could help me get some of my material listened to.
How Do You Promote Your Work?
I haven't tried to promote my songs for a long while but I need to get back into this arena again. If any legitimate person is out there who would be interested in contacting me please let me hear from you!
Advice
- As far as advise for someone who aspires to write....just put those thoughts and ideas on paper and try to record and musical ideas that you can use for your own library of ideas to connect to.
