How Did You Get Started as a Producer?
After leaving college, began producing music at the age of 17. Now 24 i have had a number of releases on some of the worlds biggest dance music labels. Including Armada (Armin Van Buuren, world no.1 dj) Tidy Trax, Drizzly, Detox, and many more. Many many of my productions are aired on BBC Radio 1 on various DJ's shows.
How Can Musicians Help You Do Your Job Better?
Come prepared. Have some ideas written down if possible, or even recorded already so we have something to work from. Not essential, but smoothes the process somewhat. Come with any reference material you desire so I have a good idea of the style you're going for. for example. You may like the bassline in one track, and the percussion style in another. Then the type of melody from another track. We can work wll this way.
